Welcome to paradise and enjoy one of the nicest beaches in the area and relax in a private filtered pool with led lights.

Please no smoking in the house. Smoking fees can range between $100-$500 USD depending on the extent of damages. Penalty for vomiting will range from $500 USD to $1,000 USD.

The area can have power outages, we have a UPS so internet and charging cell phones will not be affected. Unfortunately this is out of our control and hope that it will be resolved soon. Our main goal is your satisfaction and comfort. We provide, solar lights and battery operated lamps. Sometimes it can be a blessing in disguise. The stars look amazing without all the lights. Stargazing by the pool is a plus. The beach in the area is gorgeous.

Yucatan is known for its hot and humid climate. Please keep mosquitos netting doors closed to avoid critters in the house and despose of all trash to avoid attracting them.

Casita will have 5,000 litters of water in the reservoir, additional water needed will have a charge of approximately $600 to $800 pesos which will be the guests responsibility.
