Brilliant for getting away from it all. Beautifully situated in a very rural, isolated, location surrounded by countryside and agriculture. Almost in the middle of the moors and beaches of North Devon and Cornwall, so you can have a quiet evening relaxing after a day exploring this stunning part of the world.

Access is up a no-through country lane. Expect to see and hear wildlife - the local Barn Owl, Woodpecker, Pheasant are often visitors and the occasional deer appears in the orchard. Along with Fern the dog and possibly the elusive cats.

Come and get away from the hustle and bustle of life and relax in the depths of the Devon countryside.

Only well behaved, friendly dogs welcome. Not suitable for large dogs, due to space.

Lots of fishing lakes near by. Close to the tarka trail.

Explore the rugged North Devon and Cornish coastline with unique geological formations and stunning beaches. Clovelly village, Bude sea pool, Hartland Point and many other attractions are also on the North coast. There’s also a lot more to do in the surrounding area with Dartmoor only 30mins away for walking, cycling and horse riding and Tamar lakes only 20mins away for sailing, kayaking and windsurfing.
