The space
Spacious and Comfortable! 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths.

Kitchen: Enjoy cooking at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

Living Area: Relax in the open-plan living area featuring vaulted ceilings and tile floors. SmartTV where you can log in to your favorite shows and movies.

Bedrooms: All three bedrooms have carpeted floors and ample closet space. The master bedroom boasts a new king-size Tuft & Needle bed for extra comfort, a smartTV and a private bathroom with a tub and shower. The second guest room has a new full-size bed, while the third guest room offers another king-size bed, that is low profile and excellent for kids.

Extra Sleeping: Need more space? A blow-up mattress is available in the hall closet, and there's room for additional guests on the master bedroom or living room floor.

Additional Bathroom: A second bathroom with a tub and shower is conveniently located in the hall.

Outdoor Space: Enjoy the fresh air in the large fenced-in backyard.

Parking: Plenty of space for multiple cars, and street parking is additionally available.

The entire house is open, and private to you. Two utility closets are locked for our cleaning teams storage. Keyless entry front door.

Other things to note
We have grill available for use but you must clean it after use. If you use the grill and fail to clean it, an additional cleaning fee of $35 will be charged.

Our house is less than 1 mile from downtown and 4 miles from Legoland Florida. Lakeland is 15 miles and Disney is 35 miles. We are 1.5 to 2.5 hours from a beach on either coast.

We love spending time on the Chain of Lakes, There are 50 lakes that either touch or are located within Winter Haven city limits with 24 connected by canals. The northern chain is comprised of eight lakes and the southern chain has 16 lakes which are all connected. Boats, Kayaks and Jet skis are available to rent.
Check out the rotating food trucks at Grove Roots brewing. Grab a burger (or amazing handmade veggie burger) from Adlers on the patio of Jensens bar. Catch a live band at Jesses or listen to live jazz while enjoying New Orleans themed cuisine at Tempo. Eat waterside at Twisted Prop (casual) or Harborside (get the grouper sandwich or oysters). Winter Haven has got it going on!
