Welcome to our Art House! This 1955 home has been stripped down to the studs to make our redesign come to life and we are excited to share it with you. Set on an acre in downtown Fayetteville, our house offers you an unbeatable location that is both downtown and feels secluded, two master bedrooms, and a back porch that overlooks the sunset. We have also curated a collection of local artists featured throughout every room of the house. This home is a part of the @boutiqueairbnbs collection!

The space
The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 1 child on an air mattress if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes complimentary coffee and Nespresso pods. We also have a brand new 58" Vizio TV with a Sonos sounds bar as well as 2 Apple HomePod Minis throughout the house. The house has a private office as well as fiber Wi-Fi with 1GB of speed for convenient remote work. The back porch has an automatic gas fire pit with an outdoor table that seats 6.

Please note that the house is set down from the street and therefore does require using stairs to access.
