Neighborhood highlights
You will be staying in the Redlands community, one of the most spectacular areas of Grand Junction. The Colorado National Monument is the backdrop, Redlands Mesa is the luxury golf course community, and some of the best hiking and biking trails are interwoven throughout the area. Driving through this scenic landscape, you will see why so many people want this view from their homes. The entrance to the Colorado National Monument is on Monument Road, and staying nearby means you can hike, ride a bike or drive into the Monument anytime you like. The nearby Lunch Loops and Riverfront Trail system offer mountain biking, road biking, and walking connecting to all parts of the Grand Valley.
The Redlands is an unincorporated community between Grand Junction and Fruita over 15.6 square miles and about 1700 acres. Driving along Monument Road, you will come upon the Three Sisters area of Lunch Loops mountain biking trails through 3 miles of rocky terrain. There are two golf course communities in the Redlands. Redlands Mesa is the #1 public golf course in Colorado and perched high on a ridge with luxury homes built around the golf course. Tiara Rado is the other golf course community, also with spectacular views, homes, and townhomes surrounding the course.
People choose the Redlands because of the trail system and wide sidewalks along some of the main roads for walking and running. Trails link to the Colorado National Monument, Lunch Loops, and access points that take homeowners to Connected Lakes and the Riverfront Trail.
The home is on a centrally located quiet court, a few minutes away from freeways, shopping, dining, outdoor activities, and entertainment. You will have all you need for a spectacular getaway at your fingertips.

Born in the 70s
My work: Marsay Enterprises and EM Getaways
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, I moved to the California Bay Area when I was 14. I finished High School, completed my undergrad and Master's, and started a business all in California until moving to Grand Junction in April of 2021. I was surprised at how quickly this town became home, and I'm enjoying exploring it!
Joining the Airbnb community was a plan my late fiancé and I made as soon as we moved to Colorado. It's now a reality I'm undertaking on my own in his memory.
In addition to this venture, I am a business coach who works with owners of construction companies to help them grow their businesses without becoming slaves to them. I also take on side consulting projects in the areas of strategy, marketing, and management.
In getting my Airbnb listings together, I find that I genuinely enjoy the furnishing and decorating aspects. I like paying attention to the many details involved in making people comfortable during their getaways.
I love to travel and know how important traveling is to recharge, share new experiences with loved ones, and make new friends. My goal is to provide a spectacular experience! I'm looking forward to being a host and hearing from you.
Enjoy your stay!
