Monthly Rentals in Grand Junction

This review is probably going to be over the top, perhaps because of my own biases. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the apartment was something akin to "new car smell." Soothing. This may not seem like much, but when travelling, we often deal with marginal gas stations, restaurants, etc. The workmanship is immaculate. Having some background in construction, I truly appreciate these things. In fact, these things serve as an affirmation, something badly needed when travelling. Sometimes, I found myself staring at perfect construction work because it makes me feel good! Although this is a basement apartment, the floor was so well insulated, I heard almost no noise from above. Also, there is no street noise. Very quiet. Very important for my well-being. The hospitality shown by the hosts was also very humanizing, another thing badly needed when traveling. If you want to feel better when travelling, I highly recommend the hosts and the home that they share.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely and comfortable. Cathryn and Ross were quick to respond and wonderful hosts.

Loved everything about this comfortable and well set up B&B. location was great - loved the walkable neighborhood, close to downtown and happenings in town. communication with Nina was great. Loved it!

This was a very nice stay. No issues at all and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our month visiting Grand Junction.
