The house is not childproof as such, 16 and older ONLY please. This is 20 miles from Jay Peak Ski Resort, close to Mont Owl and Mont Sutton in Canada. Two bedrooms have full size bunkbeds each room sleeps 4. One bedroom has queen size bed. Kitchen, living room, enclosed front porch, close to supermarket. There are no rugs or carpets because of dust and allergies. Note: The price is all inclusive but there is a dog fee $75/dog. Please msg with dog requests as that needs approval first.

The space
Elendil Mar was built in 1895 and had a gut renovation in 2015. Elendil Mar is a quaint, old world house with modern up to date, electrical and plumbing.

Guest access
Parking is on a driveway by the house. Bicycle parking is on the enclosed front porch. It is highly recommended that bikes be locked. No responsibility is taken for stolen property. There is a video camera on the front porch.

Other things to note
If you have special requests I will do my best to accommodate. Message me and I will try to work it out. If you are bringing a dog or two please let me know. There is a dog fee $100/dog. Dogs should not be left alone unattended in the house. Vermont residents msg me for in state resident discount.

The linens are done European style/ All of the beds are made with duvet covers, so there are no top sheets on the beds. The comforters and duvets are laundered after every guest.
