Enjoy extra touches like high ceilings, tray ceiling, arched doorways, and oversized front porch. Bonus room makes a perfect office. No backyard needed, with parks across the street, it feels open and green! Perfect for remote workers, relocators, or extended visits.

The space
This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home (with bonus room/office) was thoughtfully built in 2014 and features an open, airy layout with high ceilings, a beautiful tray ceiling in the main area, arched doorways, and smart use of space for a cozy yet spacious feel. It's well-decorated with modern touches and Music City decor, and plenty of natural light pouring in all day… truly bright and sunny!

Step out to the oversized front porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation while watching the neighborhood vibe. The home is one side of a duplex, but the other unit is fully separate on the backside with its own alley entrance, so privacy is never an issue.

Primary bedroom features a new, comfortable king bed, double closet, and smart tv. Second bedroom has two twin beds and small desk and chair (and mirror) for homework/work/makeup application. Bonus room can be used as an office or extra space to unwind.

No traditional backyard, but you won't miss it: You're directly across from two parks (including playgrounds and splash pad fun), and the green open space of Riverwalk Park makes it feel expansive. Off-street parking spots are available right at the property (plenty for your group, comfortably fits 4-5 people total).

This is an ideal long-term setup for stays of 30 days or more: quiet yet central, with everything walkable.

Guests will have full use of the unit, apart from one locked supply closet (located in the bonus room ).

Other things to note
- 30-day minimum stay required (perfect for month-long visits, work assignments, house hunting, or enjoying Columbia's slower pace).
- Parking: Ample off-street parking available.
- Guest limit: Comfortably sleeps up to 4-5 people (2 bedrooms + bonus room).
- No backyard, but endless green space across the street at the parks, great for walks, picnics, or kids playing.
- Duplex note: The other unit is completely separate (rear entry via alley), so you'll have full privacy.
- Location perks: Farmers Market (Tue/Thu/Sat) literally next door; Riverwalk Park splash pad and paths across the street; downtown square restaurants, shops, and winery just a couple minutes' walk.
- Quiet residential area with easy access to everything… best of both worlds!
