The space
The Space - Upon entering you will see the open floor plan with exposed cedar beams that includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a small 4 person cafe style seating area for meals. The living area includes an upscale designed sofa bed that sleeps 2 along with a separate chair that allows one to relax with their favorite beverage or catch up on a great book. All of this is located under a huge skylight that allows Florida's natural sun to shine through. The space has one full bathroom that is beautifully decorated and includes a walk in shower. A beautiful spiral staircase leads you down to the comfortable bedroom that has a Casper Sleep Element Mattress, King, Grey along with 2 separate seating areas to relax and unwind from a day of fun during your stay. Enjoy a cedar wall that warms the space and brings tranquility to this professionally designed bedroom. As well as the option to rent jetskis through our connected Airbnb experience.

Guest have access to entire 1 bedroom garage apartment. No access to garage! One Dedicated parking spot located in rear of residence through back entrance access. Which offers guest private access from main house.

As you’d expect, given the winter and spring tourism, activities for visitors with relaxation on the brain are plentiful. But Tampa is a locals’ town, too, as you’ll discover by meandering around the hip neighborhoods of Seminole heights and Hyde Park or joining the joggers on the 2.6-mile Riverwalk, which cuts through the heart of town. Many visitors spend at least one day beach-hopping on the Gulf Coast, migrating from Clearwater Beach to Indian Rocks Beach and Treasure Island.
