4-Story New Villages of Crystal Beach Home 500 yards away from beach. Best and biggest pool in Destin with seasonal complimentary trolley! Largest and newest home (3450 sq ft!) in community; renting FOUR floors and six bedrooms. 12 beds with an additional full size sofa futon. 3 king bed, 1 queen beds, 8 twin beds, full sofa futon.

This is the newest and modernly furnished 4-story, largest square footage, house listed in the Villages of Crystal beach gated community. There are other homes renting 6-bedrooms, but we rent 3450 square feet (about 700 more square feet on average than all other 6bd homes) and renting 4 stories (not 3). You are a quick 5-9 minute (500 yard) two and a half block walk from the beach and are right next to all the amenities of the community including an unbeatable lagoon styles resort pool area, hot tub, grill and tiki hut bar. Destin Commons shopping center and Whole Foods are a short walk from the house. We love our home and are excited to let you fill it with more joy, laughter, and memories!

Customized light scheme for the house? You got it! Your wedding color scheme, pink and blue for baby showers, red white and blue for July 4th...all controlled by 2 wall-mounted Ipads.

Our home is the largest and newest construction renting four stories with 2 covered porches in Villages of Crystal Beach. The home is the best home in the best location in Destin. It has 13 beds, 8 Smart TVs, and every amenity- if another house in the Villages of Crystal Beach community has an amenity, we have it plus more! Our guests can enjoy surfboards and a 150-gallon keter box with complimentary beach gear! There is also a private outdoor grill.


LIVING ROOM #1/DINING/KITCHEN: The living room features a Smart HD TV.

BEDROOM #1: On the first floor, you have a large bedroom with a King bed, full bath, walk-in closet, and Smart TV

For families with children, we have a high chair and 2 pack 'n plays, and umbrella stroller.

BEDROOM#2: On the second floor, we have one bedroom with four large adult-size twin bunk beds with a full bath. Includes smart TV and walk-in closet.

BEDROOM#3: The second bedroom on the second floor, which has a door leading to the balcony that is perfect for lounging, has a wet bar, a king bed, and a bathroom that has two sections- one with a tub, walkin closet, and his-her sinks, and a second area with a closed-off shower and toilet.

LIVING ROOM #2: The third floor has a large living room with a wet bar and state of art wine fridge, another large Smart HD TV and access to the third floor balcony.

BEDROOM #4: The first bedroom on the third floor has a King bed with access to a full bath. Includes Smart TV

BEDROOM #5: The second bedroom has a queen bed. Includes smart TV and a closet.

LOFT: The four floor loft with a beautiful spiral staircase has a nook area (where we added a sofa futon)

BEDROOM #6: This large room on the fourth floor includes 4 light-weight stackable twin beds. Includes Smart TV.

All bedrooms have a Smart TV (not cable TVs). We purchased the fastest internet plan available and also added internet boosters throughout the home.

Can't top this home! Best home in the community. Largest home in the community. On lot closest to both the beach and the pool. Best location in Destin that is walking distance both Destin Commons and the beach.

We love to travel to see the way others see the world. In our travels as a military family, we have not found a more peaceful and beautiful retreat than Destin. We have devoted every bit of loving care to details in our home to share the joyful experiences our family has had in Destin with our guests. Baby showers, weddings, college reunions, family reunions, and many celebrations have graced this home that is a quick two-block walk to the white and emerald shores of Destin! It is a place of light and laughter, which is why we have named it "Light of Mine." In keeping with this theme, our home is illuminated with custom lighting, which colors can be adjusted to suit the theme of your vacation. Built in late 2015 in the coveted Villages of Crystal Beach community, the four-story home hosts the most number of people possible in the community with room to spare.
