The space
C&R ROOMS is an excellent place for business trips and/or short-term leisure with good privacy, located in Colinas de San Jerónimo.
It is a house with 6 rooms that are booked independently and the common areas are shared with guests from the other rooms.
Very convenient location near restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, banks, and pharmacies.
Safe and quiet area near a long linear park, in an environment with excellent views.

Amenities in the COMMON area in the OUTDOOR PATIO located at the entrance include: Barbecues, Kitchenette, Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Utensils, Tables, Chairs, Vending Machine, TV, Xbox, Board Games and Billiards that you can use if you want to have a leisure time or to work with your Laptop, there is excellent internet.
Smoking area too.
This area is available at all times, no reservation is needed (respecting quiet hours in consideration of other guests).
Self-service ICE in the Entrance Patio (Ice machine next to the grill).
Hot and cold water dispenser, complimentary instant coffee in the entrance patio.
Additional amenities in the PRIVATE area in the INTERIOR PATIO (Heated Luxury Pool with Hydromassage, Shower, Gym, Kitchenette in Patio Area, Barbecues and Laundry).
These amenities are located in the Inner Courtyard and are subject to availability with set hours.
The door to the pool and interior patio remains closed.
This area is reserved in advance through the app for private use. The maximum courtesy time is 2 HOURS per room from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to availability).
We recommend that you ask about the availability of the times from the moment you make your request for the accommodation and once your reservation is confirmed, set aside the 2 hours to ensure time in the pool or inner courtyard.

To enter the Inner Courtyard, the access code for the door will be provided until the day of the time reservation in the area.

* Visitors are NOT allowed in the pool or the inner courtyard even if they do not enter the pool.

If you have any questions, emergencies, or need information, you can count on us until 11:00 PM.
We are NOT available in the early morning.
Other things to note
Guests are NOT allowed to enter the room or the amenities (indoor or outdoor patio).
You must state the number of guests in your reservation. Each additional guest has an extra charge of $150 per day.
If your reservation says 1 guest and 2 or more people enter, you have to pay the extra charge. The room's capacity cannot be exceeded.
When you put the number of people on the reservation, Airbnb automatically charges for the additional people.
The rooms have antibacterial gel.

This area is AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES (smoking area too).
We put at your service an unlimited hot and cold water dispenser. You can prepare instant coffee as many times as you wish at no cost.
Service table with instant coffee, sugar, Splenda, cream and disposable cutlery.
(They are located in the hallway of rooms 1, 2 and 3 and in the Outdoor Patio)
The kitchenettes in the Inner and Outer Patios have everything you need: grill, microwave, blender, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, salt, pepper, and oil.
(you have to wash the dirty dishes)
Laundry use is free once a week, starting on the second day of your stay.
If you want to wash twice in the same week, there will be a cost.
Laundry use is self-service, does NOT include detergent.
For reservations of more than 7 days, we include general room cleaning with a change of sheets and towels.
If you need the room cleaned during your stay, you will have to request it through the app and it costs $150 per service when 1 or 2 days have passed in your stay. If more than 3 days have passed, the cost will be $200 per service.
The aforementioned INTERIOR PATIO Amenities are a plus offered separately from the accommodation and are subject to availability as only 2 hours per room are reserved.
We reserve the right of admission to the Inner Courtyard space (Pool, Gym, Patio Kitchenette, Barbecues and Laundry) when there is a problem with the guest's behavior.
