This condo is an eclectically Designed Warm & Cozy one bedroom Studio. You will find balconies both on the front and back of the unit. Just footsteps to the World Famous Downtown St. Pete (DTSP). This home is perfectly centrally located to all of St. Pete's finest attractions. Whether looking for great food, easy access to Downtown Nightlife, Concerts, Events & Conventions or simply want to enjoy the best living experience St. Pete has to offer during your stay, This is the place to be!

You will have access to a parking pass that will allow you FREE PARKING on the street anywhere in Zone 1B. While it's technically street parking, most guests typically find a spot right out front or very nearby. It’s an easy and hassle-free experience for the vast majority of our visitors.

The Place:

I have spared no expense to make sure you will enjoy your time at my condo. In my home you will find comfortable linens, a well equipped kitchen and a Spa inspired bathroom.

Guest access
You’ll have full, private access to the entire condo, allowing you to relax and unwind in complete comfort. In addition, you’re welcome to enjoy the shared front and back balconies—perfect spots to take in the fresh air and downtown views. Entry is seamless with a secure keyless system, and you’ll receive a personal access code prior to your arrival for convenience and peace of mind. Parking is available on the street nearby, and a guest parking pass will be provided. Please note, the building is three stories tall and access requires using stairs.

This property is not suitable for children under 12.

Please Note: A construction project is currently underway across the street from the property. Construction activity is limited to daytime hours and is not permitted after 6:00 PM or on Sundays. At this time, we have also not observed construction activity on Saturdays. While you may see construction activity during the day, we want to provide this information simply so our guests are aware of the project prior to arrival. Construction schedules and activity are outside of our control.
