The minimum age for booking is 23 years old. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by the responsible booking guest at all times.

The maximum occupancy is 4 people, regardless of age, including children.

You have access to the entire property, except for the locked owner’s closet in the hall.

Pet Policy: We do not allow animals or pets at this property due to allergies. However, you may occasionally spot a neighborhood furry friend strolling by outside. Their family lives nearby and they like to visit from time to time. Please refrain from feeding them.

In addition to our beautiful beaches and sunshine, Florida’s nature, trees, and climate can sometimes attract unwelcome insect visitors such as palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, flies, bees, and wasps. We take every measure to prevent them with regular pest control, but if you encounter any, feel free to evict them, or let us know and we’ll be happy to re-treat.

To help prevent these visitors, avoid leaving doors open for long periods and do not feed them by leaving food or crumbs out. Please note that we do not issue refunds for such occurrences. After all, it's all part of the Florida experience! 🌞
