Calm and convenient location

This area is easy to get around.
This modern one-bedroom apartment has been thoughtfully planned to accommodate accessibility requirements, featuring a wet room, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious doorways, and complimentary on-site parking. With extra comfort in mind, we’ve even added a sofa bed to the lounge area.
Ideally located for all amenities including Asda, public transport, and local award-winning pubs less than a 10-minute walking distance, not forgetting Weymouth’s town bridge, harbour, and stunning seafront.

The space
There is a slight ramp from the front door into the kitchen and lounge area.
There is none slip flooring in the equipped kitchen with a 2/3 seater breakfast bar, (the 3rd chair is stored in the bedroom).
There is a 2 seater sofa bed in the lounge.
Guests may adjust the heating to their comfort level using a Wi-Fi controlled thermostat .
There is a hallway leading to the bathroom and bedroom.
The wet room has safety flooring, with grab rails, toilet and basin heights & positions meeting Doc M standards.
The bedroom is carpeted and has a new king size bed with 1000 pocket sprung mattress, anti allergy pillows and bedding. There is a fitted wardrobe with a smart tv to one side, plus a small dressing table and mirror.

It is a totally self contained flat with its own private entrance

Other things to note
The parking space is a local council approved space on the forecourt of property with a dropped kerb to access it , but it is only 2.5m wide so you may have to drop any passengers off before you park , as you have to park with one side of your vehicle close to the building.
There is no private outside space at this property the front door leads straight onto the pavement.
Inside there is space for a mobility scooter to turn around.
The front door opening width is 86cm.
The internal doors are 83cm wide, with the exception of the fire doors, which narrow the openings to approximately 81cms.
All areas have been designed with a minimum access gap of 90cm (around the bed, in the bathroom and kitchen).
Lower light switches have been added with a pull cord in the bedroom and bathroom.
Remote control curtains have been added for your convenience.
The pet policy allows 1 animal. The animal is not to be allowed on the sofa or bed to avoid any discomfort for future guests.
An extra deposit will be taken for a pet to be allowed to stay.
