Welcome to the Cool Change Condo! This cozy ground floor oasis overlooks a serene pond and the renowned Sandpiper Bay Golf Course. Choose from 27 holes of championship golf or take a short ride to the sandy shores of Brunswick County's nationally recognized Sunset and Ocean Isle Beaches. The fully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is tastefully decorated and provides all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The property is convenient to lots of great shopping and dining.

The space
This spacious condo provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms while comfortably sleeping six people. The kitchen is well equipped and offers a Keurig coffee maker with complementary K-Cups for your enjoyment. The dining room table seats six adults while the cozy living room provides a full-sized couch and two oversized lounge chairs. The living room and ensuite bedroom come equipped with flat-screen TVs. A screened-in porch offers comfortable seating while overlooking the pond and golf course and is a great place for morning coffee or relaxing with a good book.
