Age and number of guests will be determined before booking is confirmed. Lead guest must be over 21 with no exceptions.

Multiple pets requests will also need to disclose type of breed.

Any guest allergies to be disclosed upfront to the host. Eg. Soaps, air freshers, nut allergies.

We will try to accommodate these but this can’t be guaranteed so booking is always at your own risk.

Any misstated information in your original booking at any stage it is in our discretion to cancel in full. This is for your safety and our opinion of the capacity for the lodge. It is not negotiable. No refund will be made if it falls late in booking. Please refer to your booking conditions on Airbnb.

In some cases, and at our discretion, we may allow celebration gatherings with prior consent. This could arise to an additional good housekeeping bond of £350. Refundable, on lodge and hot tub clean being satisfied, and within 7 days of check out if there are no disputes.
