You’ll find two generously sized bedrooms on the first level, each featuring a king bed—ideal for couples or guests who prefer fewer stairs. A full bathroom and a convenient laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer are also located on this level.
Upstairs:
The upper level is designed for gathering and connection. One bedroom features two queen beds, while the second bedroom offers two double beds—perfect for kids, teens, or additional guests. A second full bathroom services this floor.
The main living area is open, bright, and welcoming, with natural light pouring in to create a relaxed coastal atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a full family dinner. Guests have private access to the entire home, except the locked owners storage closet in one of the bathrooms. All outdoor spaces are privately accessible as well.

Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times must be followed as outlined in your reservation.
Late departures may result in additional fees.

This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Please dispose of any cigarette waste properly outdoors.
Pets
No pets without prior approval.
Pets may be accepted at the owner’s discretion with a $200 nonrefundable pet deposit.
Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees and possible termination of stay.
Cleanliness & Care of Property
Please treat the home with care and respect.
Rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the home.
Report any damages or issues promptly.
Noise & Respect for Neighbors
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud gatherings or parties.
No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
Illegal Activity
Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property.
This includes but is not limited to the use of illegal drugs, underage drinking, or any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws.
Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund and may be reported to local authorities.
Grill Use
Use the charcoal grill responsibly and never leave it unattended.
Ensure coals are fully extinguished after use.
Trash Collection
Trash pickup is every Tuesday year-round and also on Saturdays from May through October.
Trash cans must be placed at the road the night before, as pickup occurs early in the morning.
Please ensure lids are secured to prevent debris or wildlife issues.
Checkout Instructions
Place all dirty towels in the bathroom.
Empty the dishwasher prior to departure.
Please place all trash in designated containers.
Leave the home in a tidy condition upon departure.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without refund.
