Monthly Rentals in Holden Beach

We booked Kim's house for three months, from November through February as we waited for our new house to be completed. Kim was very accommodating as we didn't know if the settlement date would be met on time. She actually blocked out two weeks in March for us just in case we needed it. We felt very comfortable in Kim's place. It was so relaxing in every way. The view from "my chair" in the sunroom was spectacular from early morning sunrises to magnificent sunsets. The view of the ICW was so interesting, with all of the various boats, yachts, paddle boats and even tugboats guiding a giant crane Our little dog loved the great yard! It was a few minutes away from all that we needed. We loved Holden Beach, Oak Island and Southport. Shallotte had all the familiar stores. The Purple Onion is a great place for breakfast and lunch. Kim was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend staying at Kim's place, our home away from home.

Absolutely loved this cottage! It was beautiful, with so many nice touches. Very and welcoming and so comfortable. The owner, Gretchen, was so easy to work with and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and plan to stay there again!

Wonderful stay at Justin’s home despite the weather not in our favor. Home is updated and very clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare a few meals. Easy walk to beach access. Loved the outdoor shower—included hot water as well! Would love to return.

my sister and i were out for family business, and the tin roof cottage was perfect for the two of us: spotless, private and super comfortable for our stay. if we're ever back to the holden beach/supply area we will absolutely be staying here again.
