Welcome to Coconut Lagoon, your perfect luxurious vacation home nestled in the quaint community of Casa La Playa and is steps away from sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. The home is decorated throughout with nautical decor and equipped with everything you need to for a perfect beach getaway; including a full size washer & dryer. Maximum of 10 guest in home, and guest must agree to house rules.
The community offers a pool and a boardwalk with convenient golf cart access to the beach.
The space
The home is a 2-story coastal home is a 3 BR, 2.5 BA home and has 3 breathtaking decks to give you views of the gulf, bay and lower deck is cantilevered over the community pond for watching wildlife. You don’t want to miss evening sunset!
As you enter the home on the lower floor you will find a spacious entry hall with a private Keurig for early morning risers. One bedroom with queen/twin bunk with the queen being on the bottom with twin over, and a sofa that folds out to a full size bed. The second downstairs bedroom offers a closet, private entry to the outdoor patio, and a king size bed. A full size bath with tub is shared space for these two rooms. And if laundry is a must on your trip a full size washer and dryer are available for your use. (Please do not wash sandy items…..please rinse outside before washing)
Going up a flight of stairs you will find the open kitchen, living, dining and master suite areas. The gourmet kitchen has a large island for gathering, stainless steel appliances and is well stocked with all your cooking utensils and serving ware; along with a coffee bar and small beverage fridge. A small 1/2 bath sits off the living room. The master suite is lavishly decorated and has a walk in closet, private balcony and full bath with double sinks and open shower. The living area has large sectional sofa that folds out to a queen, comfy seating for relaxing, a 75 inch flat screen Roku TV with cable access. Step out to a 2nd floor covered deck that has a spiral staircase to the 3rd level deck.
Flat screen Roku TV's (cable only in living area) are in every room along with guest Wifi, and a triple phone charging station at the coffee bar.
The laundry room has pods and dryer sheets for your use; as well as the BBQ grill utensils and rags for spills.
Under-stairs closet is home to extra bedding for the fold out bed in the bunk room.

Guest access
Guest access: you will have access to the entire home during your stay, there is 1 closet upstairs and downstairs that is for owners and housekeeping only. Garage has a spare fridge for you to use to store all your cool drinks....no need to haul ice chest up and down the stairs. Please use this area to store beach items and toys, or feel free to use ours if needed. Please feel free to use our ice chest, beach chairs, cart, and toys but we sure to return and clean for the next guest to enjoy! A large towel drying station is also available to hang sandy towels (towels are not allowed on fencing or deck rails, per HOA Rules) Sandy shoes can be placed in bin provided in garage....Please check feet and shoes for tar, makeup wipes are provided for tar removal on rack.
Please do not sit or play on our golf cart.....it is for our personal use.
Parking:
Parking is limited to 2 spaces in the unassigned community parking area. Parking is not allowed on the street or grassy areas near the pond. If you choose to rent a golf cart it can be parked on the concrete pad next to the front door.
Other things to note
GUEST MUST AGREE TO HOUSE RULES:
-Must be 25 years old to rent
-Check-in: After 4:00 PM
-Check-out: 11:00 AM
-Self check-in with smart lock
-Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM - Enforced. This includes no loud music or loud gatherings outside after 10 PM.
-Not responsible for accidents
-There is no child proofing, you must remain with your child at all times
-No more than 10 people at all times
-No late check outs after 11:00 AM or another night's stay will be charged
-We will provide bath towels, pool towels, bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, bounce sheets, coffee grounds, limited supply of k-pods and coffee filters. Kitchen has a supply of foil, salt, pepper and olive oil. Guests will need to provide any additional items for your stay.
All bedrooms have sleep sound machines. We have 2 port a cribs and 2 booster high chairs for the littles!
-Absolutely No Smoking inside the home...outside ONLY!
-Bath towels must be only used for inside use.
-Parking spaces are available in the unassigned community parking area. Parking is not allowed on the street or grassy areas near ponds.
-If you choose to rent a golf cart during your stay you may park it on the concrete walk next to the front door.
-No pets allowed on the property
-No parties or events
-PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE, TACK, TAPE, OR NAIL ANYTHING TO INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR OF HOME.
-Do not sit on any railings.
-Please, Please, Please do NOT feed the BIRDS!
-Guest DO NOT have use of our golf cart....it is for our personal use. Please do not sit or play on it!
-Security cameras are on the exterior of the home (front and back door) and record with motion present. Cameras are to protect guests, property, and verify occupancy. Tampering with cameras or their connection will result in removing the guest from the property with no refund.
-Guests must follow the check-out procedure posted inside the home.
