The space
Cotswolds Country House is a true home from home. We've spent many a wonderful holiday here ourselves - from lounging by the heated swimming pool in the summer to cosying up near the log burner fire in the winter, it really is an amazing place. It boasts spacious, open plan living and thanks to some stunning French Windows lets in loads of light all day long, which brightens the house from the moment you wake until sunfall.
Entertaining is a joy at Cotswolds Country House - there's a huge kitchen island to prepare meals, with a well equipped kitchen and appliances. As the house is open plan, you are right next to the dining area, which also looks out onto the garden and private swimming pool, which makes mealtimes even more special.
Up the spiral staircase to the first floor where there are 4 double bedrooms - 1 superking bed (can be split into twins), 1 king bed and 2 standard doubles. The primary suite has its own freestanding bath for luxurious romantic weekends away. There is also a main family bathroom and an en suite with shower room adjacent to one of the double bedrooms.
As mentioned, the garden is home to the house's private, heated swimming pool - now open from around April to October, depending on the weather. It's heated to between 26-28 degrees so feels warm even in cooler weather. It's a refreshing addition to the property and is something that makes a visit to Kingham extra-special.

In terms of the local area, Kingham offers two amazing pubs (Wild Rabbit / Plough - 5-10 minute walk) and the area is a hotspot for great walks, stunning scenery and places to visit (Blenheim Palace, Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Camden, Broadway and Burford to name a few!).
The house is also a short drive (or walk along a farm track!) from the luxurious Daylesford Farm, where you can eat, shop or use as a jump off point for more walks to Oddington, Bleddington or across Daylesford.
Cotswolds Country House has a fresh, modern feel that is sympathetic to traditional local styles.

- 4 double bedrooms (one which can be used as a twin on request)
- a huge open-plan living area encompassing the kitchen (with breakfast island), dining area and sun room, as well as a lounge that can be part of the living space or separated off with a sliding divider-wall to create a cosy snug in-front of the fire - perfect for those winter nights!

There are three bathrooms in the property (including one en-suite with shower) and the master bedroom also has its own bath.
The entire home benefits from underfloor heating, which is always on during the winter months, so the place is toasty on the feet at all times.
Please note, the bedrooms can be set up as 4 x double beds (one superking, one king and two standard doubles) or the superking can be split into two twin beds to make: 3 x double beds and 2 x single beds
