A 20 acre horse and flower farm. The cabin has private fenced in yard and parking area. Full kitchen, W/D, Cable, WIFI, & BBQ Grill. A queen size Futon in the living room & queen size Beautyrest Black mattress in the bedroom. The front porch is a great place to allow your dog to sleep and stay in a fenced in yard. Conveniently located near Spartanburg and easy access to Greenville.

The space
This is a house, everything you need to live is provided except food. The building was on the HGTV show, Tiny Houses. There is a small, yard and parking area that is entirely fenced in. Our LONGEST stay guest - stayed a year.

You have access to the entire cabin and the fenced in area around the cabin. Please keep the gates closed to our yard so that our animals stay away from your yard. There are places to walk your dogs, beyond the yard around our 20 acre farm.
