Welcome to Catalina tiny home built by California Tiny Homes as seen on HGTV Tiny House Nation. This tiny home is small but big on style and comfort. Perfect for business or vacation, this tiny home has everything you need for a short or extended stay. We have two other units on our property: The Orchard tiny house and The Manzanita cottage.

This tiny home is built by renowned tiny home craftsmen at California Tiny Homes. It is a beautiful mix of modern and rustic with redwood exterior and white interior with industrial metal pipe handrails and wrought iron and wood shelves. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We also provide coffee, tea, a variety of soft drinks, oatmeal, rice, pasta and some other basics. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove-top, cookware, microwave, refrigerator and sink. The laundry area is outdoors and has a washer and dryer (complimentary detergent provided for your convenience). The bathroom features a modern shower and blow dryer is available for your use. The loft sleeping area features a queen size gel-memory foam bed and has a sound machine for your sleeping comfort. The home is equipped with heating and AC. Coffee, tea, snacks and drinks are complimentary.

Now that travel has become more complicated, we understand that extra time is one of the most meaningful gifts we can give our guests; if you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible. Also, we do not charge a cleaning fee 👍

Centrally located in Silicon Valley, we live in a very convenient and safe neighborhood. Close by are the San Jose Airport, Santa Clara and San Jose Convention Centers as well as many major tech companies (Apple, Nvidia, Samsung, Intel, etc...). We are a short walk to historic Santa Clara University, close to sports stadiums (49'ers, Earthquakes, Sharks), Great America theme park, downtown San Jose, as well as many beautiful outdoor attractions.

We are within walking distance to a great variety of wonderful dining and shopping options, including a Saturday farmers market in Santa Clara's Old Quad district.

We are a professional couple living in the heart of Silicon Valley. Sean is a Marine Corps veteran and journalist and Chun hua is an engineer. We love meeting new people but we also know that guests sometimes just want a private, comfy place to call home for a little while. We grow our own fruits and veggies and guests are welcome to sample whatever is in season (summer through winter). We look forward to hosting you soon!
