🐾All pets MUST be added to the reservation. 🐾There is a pet fee that covers up to two pets. If you’re traveling with more than two pets, please, let us know.

🏖 Dog friendly beach is located near Pier Park
🐾 Dog playground is a short drive away (Frank Brown Park)

Please, review our pet policy 🐶:

- check the house/yard to make sure it’s safe for your pet
- you are responsible for your pets behavior/any damage at all times
- bring their favorite blanket/bed/toys/bowls
- all pets must be on leash and supervised outside of the house
- owners must pickup after the pets, our cleaning company charges a fee if they have to pickup pet waste
- pets are not allowed in the pool (if applicable)
- pets cannot be left on the patios without supervision and/or overnight

House pet rules:
- towels (including beach towels) and bedding is for humans
- no pets on furniture including couches and beds (we understand that some dogs are used to it - please, bring their blanket/towel/bed and if it’s the case, please, treat any stains with stain remover and use lint roller as needed (under the kitchen sink)
- if you need a pet gate it’s available in the closet

Made a mess?
- vacuum has a brush attachment and lint roller can be found under the kitchen sink and it works great on couches and pillows
- please, use only paper towels or toilet paper to clean up accidents (don’t use towels provided in the house)
- please, remove all pet waste (if you used an outdoor garbage can for it, please, take it out to the main garbage can
