At Casa Tropical, we believe vacations are even better when the whole family comes along—including the furry ones. We're happy to welcome well-behaved pets and appreciate your help in keeping our home beautiful for every guest who stays after you.
Before You Arrive
✔ Please add all pets to your reservation before check-in. This ensures the correct pet fee is applied and allows us to prepare the home for your arrival.
✔ Our pet fee covers up to two pets. Traveling with more than two? Just send us a message before booking—we're always happy to discuss your request.

A Few House Rules
To help us continue welcoming pets, we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines:
• Please supervise your pet at all times.
• Pets should not be left unattended outdoors, including in the fenced backyard or on the patio.
• If your pet stays behind while you head to the beach, they must be comfortably crated.
• Please help us be good neighbors by preventing excessive barking.
• Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool.
• Please wipe sandy or muddy paws before coming inside and dry your pet after swimming or rain.
• Always clean up after your pet, both in the yard and around the neighborhood.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.
Furniture & Bedding
We understand many pets love relaxing on the couch or sleeping in bed with their humans.
To help keep Casa Tropical fresh, clean, and allergy-friendly for everyone, we ask that pets stay off all furniture and beds.
If your pet is used to cuddling on the couch, simply bring their favorite blanket or furniture cover.
Please do not use the house towels, blankets, pillows, or bedding for pets.
A pet gate is available in the closet if you'd like to use it.

Oops... Accidents Happen
No worries—we know they're sometimes unavoidable.
You'll find:
• A vacuum with a brush attachment
• A lint roller
• Cleaning supplies
Please clean accidents promptly using paper towels (rather than house towels), and place all bagged pet waste in the main outdoor trash bin before checkout.
