This stunning canal-front home is designed to cater to the needs of large multi-generational or multiple families traveling together, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The space
As you step inside, you'll be immediately impressed by the spacious living room that boasts beautiful decor, comfortable seating, and large windows that offer stunning views of the water. A fully stocked chef's kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, while the coffee bar offers a great spot to prepare your morning cup of coffee. The game room, both indoor and outdoor, is a fantastic place to entertain the young and young at heart. The extensive patio, dock, and pool area offer ample space for outdoor relaxation and fun. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the massive 3-side balcony while taking in the breathtaking views of the canal. Dine al-fresco on the large patio with enough seating for the whole family. Explore the canal and the surrounding area with the bikes or kayaks available right from the dock. End your day with a cozy fire in the outdoor entertaining space. Located just a few steps away from the canal, this home is perfect for fishing, boating, and other watersports. Nearby, you will find limitless activities with boat rentals, the Weeki Wachi River, the Gulf of Mexico, and more. The property includes 4 kayaks, 6 bicycles (4 adult size, 2 youth size), helmets, and life jackets. Please note that we do not have direct access to the Gulf for larger boats. There is a low bridge to navigate below and if you have a hard top bimini, your boat will likely be too tall. We do have space in the driveway to park a boat and are close to the boat launch.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home and yard to enjoy. We restrict three areas that we use for supplies and storage: one garage, one master closet (you will still have a large walk-in closet available to you), and one downstairs closet.

Other things to note
Please note, we have 3 exterior security cameras for our properties protection and yours. The cameras are overlooking the driveway, front door, and pool area.


The pool is heated for free. While it is set to 85 degrees the weather can impact this greatly. Especially when temps dip below 55 degrees.
