Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

We stayed in the house for Spring break, 3 adults and 2 kids. Loved the house, lots of room for the 2 and 6 year old to play. Pool was a hit , private with lots of room outside. Saw manatees, turtles, fish and birds off of the dock. Thanks for a great vacation stay.

Extremely well equipped villa in a central location with a beautiful pool area which was lovely and private. Michelle and Evan were extremely accommodating and were only a message away if we needed anything. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to others.

Conny welcomed my family at the door and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She left us a gift basket. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Quaint Paradise was as described. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

We had an awesome time at Angels place. The kids LOVED the pool and the backyard was an awesome place to hang. Everything was super clean! The one queen bed was comfortable but the other beds are pretty firm (my kids didn’t mind). Other than that, no complaints and Angel was helpful and responsive!

We absolutely had the best time on our stay! The home fit our family perfectly, everything was so nice and organized. I was very impressed by all of the extra items she had such as pool toys, sand toys for the beach, lots of extra bedding and towels. Honestly our stay could not have went any smoother. We had family very close by as well so that was amazing. Location was also convenient as we are very familiar with new port richey. 100% we will be back again!

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. This was the perfect getaway! We absolutely loved the pool area — it was such a great place to relax. The house itself is super nice, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for a family or a group of friends to enjoy. One of the highlights was definitely the horses on the property — it was such a unique experience to be able to pet and feed them during our stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful escape with a special touch!

Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!

loved the area and condo. We had a nice view of the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Condo had everything we needed. We saw dolphins and manatees. All restaurants we tried were great. Mike was a wonderful host and we would love to come again.
