🔑 CHECK-IN
Check-in is carried out exclusively with in-person reception by the host.
We will be present upon arrival to welcome you, hand over the keys, and provide all the necessary information for your stay.
Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time.
🆔 IDENTITY DOCUMENT
In accordance with Spanish regulations, all guests must provide a valid identity document.
This is a simple formality to ensure everyone’s safety and can be completed in two ways:
• By presenting the document in person at check-in.
• By sending a clear photo of the document (front and back) in advance via message.

• Respect the property and common areas.
• Guests are required to dispose of rubbish in the containers located 50 m from the house and, if possible, on a daily basis, as the tropical climate may cause unpleasant odors and attract insects.

We offer a private transfer service from the airport to Casa Kody.
It must be requested in advance at the time of booking and is subject to availability.
