This is our second stay here and WE LOVE IT! It's hard to leave. So relaxing, all of the amenities you need, and easy to get to good restaurants, the beach, etc. Can't wait to return again.

A great host who was very communicative. Property was great for our family. Pool was great and the area had the sun all day. We used the bbq facilities which were very good. Location was a little far from the town but that wouldn’t put me off booking again. We had a car and when we needed a taxi it was only a few euros. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Maria.

What a magical place. Could not find any fault with any of it. Beautiful home, perfect for a family trip. Wished we had stayed longer!

Lovely villa, as the photos, especially the outdoor space. Where there was sun and shade throughout the day. The communication was easy and Darren did check in that we were getting on well. I would recommend having a hire car or using taxis as the nearest supermarket for essentials is quite a walk. There are lots of amazing walks nearby, especially Papagayo. We weren’t able to connect to the internet or watch TV whilst we were there which was disappointing but we managed to do what was essential via our phones. There were people in the properties either side of the villa and it was still peaceful.

Padraig's place was easily accessible, with clear instructions. The house was clean and spacious and as advertised. The place is walkable to the restaurants, bars, beach etc and its nice to be in a quiet area - it felt special. There are bins just over the road, so all really straight forward. The closest Lidl is a 10 minute walk, so if shopping, I'd advise a taxi ride back to the house as the incline can be steep with heavy shopping bags! The pool is clean and well maintained and a great temperature. Padraig was kindly flexible with the check-out on the last day, meaning my elderly parents were comfortable. The cleaner was helpful as my mum needed a translator. I would recommend. Thank you Padraig!

Our family recently stayed at this beautiful villa, and it was an absolutely perfect vacation! The villa was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. We were impressed by how clean everything was, from the spacious living areas to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool and jacuzzi. We spent hours relaxing and enjoying the warm weather, and had a blast swimming every day. The outdoor area was well-designed and provided a great space for family time. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and there were plenty of amenities to make us feel at home. The location was also ideal, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby attractions. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We were able to enjoy our time at the villa very much. With 4 generations of our family, everyone found their own good place. The grandchildren could play, used the warm pool and learned to swim, the adults enjoyed their quiet areas and together the beaches were very easy and easily accessible. We liked the villa very much, layout and design are excellent. The communication with the host and the supporters on site worked out great. Looking forward to another visit. Thank you Andres

Since setting up an Airbnb account years ago, this is the greatest Airbnb property that I have stayed in. This is without question worth booking! Marc as a host is incredible, the best host I have ever interacted with. Same hour responses (even visiting the property to help any issues we had), great local recommendations, proactive, best of all a great person to speak with too. The villa itself, spotless and everything was thought of before our arrival. We really didn't need to bring anything but our clothes, the rest you can think of was already provided. The villa is better than the photos which is saying something. Stunning views, plenty of amazing comfortable bedrooms all with their own luxury bathrooms/showers. The courtyard & poolside are my best parts. Villaverde itself has easy links on great roads to anywhere on the island you wish to travel to, with wonderful locations in close proximity. Whether you were a family like us, or friends gathering, this is hugely recommended!

Absolutely perfect villa. Totally secure garden and pool area and all the amenities you need. Very clean and very responsive host. We book in villa massages through Stan which were also great. Only thing to note is that rooms two and three are accessed in the garden so villa would not be suitable if you have very young children. Worked perfectly with us and totally safe but worth knowing. Jorge and Marco were superb hosts with great communication. Location is ideal for walking to restaurants and supermarket. We spent 6 days playing golf which was never more than an easy drive of 15 mins. The property is right next to Meloneras Golf course. Everyone had a great holiday. Lovely stay with 7 golfers and 2 wives.

The villa was just outstanding and a real ‘wow’ when you walked in Everything was tastefully furnished and anything you thought you might need was provided. The beds were lovely. Great welcome pack provided. We all enjoyed the pool that we had paid to have heated, enough sun loungers and seating to ensure that everyone had somewhere to sit in the sun or shade (whatever they preferred) We enjoyed the outside dining and the BBQ was easy to use and used daily, as was the gym equipment. The main restaurants and shops (larger supermarket 5 mins walk), were a walkable 20-25mins. Bus stops were nearby and it was easy to get a cab from the nearby hospital (although in the property there were some business cards too for cabs), if you didn’t have a car Jose was a welcoming host who answered any questions prior to the holiday quickly. Jose was there when we arrived with his friend Jorge, who gave us a good explanation of the property. It was truly a magical experience. Thank you

This was an absolute dream stay. Hans as probably the best host I’ve ever dealt with. I bombarded him with a million questions before the stay and he was always super helpful and responsive.

We were three couples in the villa. As a result there was plenty of room (we like it like that) but one more couple would not have been a problem for us. (I'm not inclined to go on holiday with say 4/5/6 couples but space would not have been an issue). Accordingly, we didn't use the downstairs at all and there was a spare bedroom on our floor. The villa was as described. We didn't want a car so took a taxi from the airport (15 minutes). We gave notice that we would be arriving early, Andrea and Kev said no problem. Pool was clean and a good temperature. Kitchen had everything we needed. We ate out four nights out of seven. Three BBQs with food purchased from the Mercadona in Puerto del Carmen were very successful. Went there on the water-taxi and car taxi back from the supermarket very cheap. Puerto Calero marina is 10/15 minute walk (downhill). Taxi back from the marine easy to find at the rank (day and night). All in all an excellent holiday villa and location.

Everything was like descriped and the pictures show everything well. It is a bit remote which was fine as we knew and wanted that. Carlos responded quickly to any issues we had. So overall we were very happy and we had a very cosy weak. Thanks. Jon Bjorn and friends

Wow, what a fabulous villa this is, we stayed in Sara’s villa for one week, myself and partner, 3 adult sons and my mother who is blind. The villa was exactly as it says, spacious, pristine, gorgeous pool area, family games cupboard. A lovely surprise after a late check in of snacks, milk, tea, coffee and wine! Sara replied to any messages within 5 mins…… couldn’t connect to a taxi number etc. Bars and restaurants on the seafront 5 mins walk and a beautiful walk along the front to different small resorts. If you needed to go further afield taxis were so cheap. Sara went above and beyond to say the least, she looked after us from start to finish and I really can’t recommend this property and host enough, we will 100% definitely be back .

We had a wonderful stay at Luis spotlessly clean lovely villa. We travelled as a family of 12 with an age range of 0 - 75 and had everything and more we could possibly have needed, just as described. Communication with Luis was excellent. We had such a happy memorable holiday. Thank you Luis 🙂

Just spent together with 3 friends Andre's house in Mogán. The area is is so beautiful, 15 minutes away from Maspalomas, but very closed to the much more beautiful beaches of Amadores and Puertorico. Parking is super easy, and is also connected with public bus to/from airport, Maspalomas and the rest of the island. Although I could not meet in person Andre, I was greeted and met by Andre's daugther Lulu, who was super friendly and made us feeling at home (she also suggested a great restaurant where we had dinner). We found the home even better then the pics, super clean and confortable. There are plenty of common area, such garden equipped with pool, barbecue, sofas and table to dine out. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are specious and confortable. Kitched is fully equipped as well. The area is so quite with a great view. I would raccomend anyone exploring Gran Canaria, to choose Andre's b&b. Thank you so much, and looking forward to come back! Francesco

Our group of five adults were all very pleased with this villa. We each had a bathroom and the villa was very well equipped. We needed only shampoo, conditioner and face flannels. Everything else was provided. A ten-minute walk down the hill brings you to a SPAR shop with most of the immediate groceries. There is also the Tauro Grill next door to the SPAR that we used for three dinner nights and one lunch time. The food and service are relaxed but excellent and very good value. We did hire a car for the week as we wanted to tour the island a bit (Teror, Las Palmas, Antif Del Mar, Maspalonas) but if you only want to stay in the Mogan/Puerto Rico area then you could just use taxis. There were some minor maintenance issues in the villa but Javier was very responsive and a good communicator. We loved the villa and the whole holiday and would recommend it to anyone.

We cannot be happier with our trip to Raquel’s place. From a smooth and welcoming check in with Thomas, and great communications with Raquel on the lead up- we just had the best time. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the villa is a lovely, bright and airy space- both inside and outside. We did hire a car which we found was really useful to get around the island, especially as we had a baby with us- if you don’t have a car hire, it’s doable to walk down to local amenities if you are happy to but expect a good 20/30 minutes walk. Car hire does allow you to get around the whole Island and it’a a beautiful place to explore and check out the landscapes! Our stay was simply amazing. The villa is located in a very quiet and silent neighborhood, and is as like as shown in the announce. It offers a very beautiful heated pool (south facing,so always sunny) , a patio and a garden with sunchairs and bbq ,inside you will find 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and a fully fully fully equipped kitchen. Definetely a Must if you decide to go in Playa Blanca.

Another lovely holiday in Villa Sefa, my third stay. If I need to contact Pedro, he always responds very promptly and any problem is quickly sorted.

The house was lovely and well located for walking into the center of the town. Excellent place!

We did not know what we saw when entering the villa. So big and beautiful, we were surprised. The pool was nice at the end of the day. We did not use the upstairs room (not necessary with 3 people). No smells (as in previous reports), there were also 2 air fresheners. Jesus-Maria was quick and friendly and helpful with answering questions.
