⇨ You're renting directly from us, the owners, who are local Superhosts in the Riviera Maya and Washington, DC. We take pride in our house and appreciate your respect towards it. While we are not a hotel with 24/7 on-site assistance, we strive to address emergencies promptly.
⇨ We'd love to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, but due to potential same-day bookings, we can't guarantee this. To ensure extra time, consider booking an additional night.
⇨ Our 4th bedroom doubles as a den/office, fitted with two twin mattresses and a full bathroom.
⇨ Our outdoor grill is electric, perfect for cooking up a feast.
⇨ Our house is nestled within a peaceful, safe, and family-oriented community. It's not suited for partygoers; if you prefer a vibrant nightlife, areas near Fifth Avenue would be more fitting.
⇨ Our house is in a gated community accessible through two security checkpoints for your safety. Please understand the occasional need to leave an ID with security and our inability to provide an access card for your car. We cannot provide an ID card or tags - thanks for your understanding.
⇨ While private developments in Mexico can make overall beach access a bit challenging, we're here to help. We can recommend some wonderful beach clubs or public beaches just a 10-minute drive away and point you towards accessible public beaches nearby.
⇨ Due to unreliable public transport and lack of rideshare services, we highly recommend using a car for convenience and mobility around the city and downtown Playa.
⇨ We're happy to share our bike with you to ride within Ciudad Mayakoba. Kindly ensure it is not left unattended. We strive to maintain it but can't guarantee its condition.
⇨ We welcome families with infants and toddlers. However, please note our condo isn't child-proof.
⇨ Mosquitoes and small wildlife are part of the local ecosystem in the tropics, especially in warm, humid weather. Occasionally, small ants may even crawl inside looking for shelter from the heat, especially after periods of heavy rain. We recommend using repellent when enjoying our outdoor areas.
⇨ We've cut the cord. We offer Smart TVs in every room, connected to wireless internet for streaming your favorite shows. Please remember to log out of your accounts before departure.
⇨ For stays over 30 days, we kindly ask our guests to cover the cost of electricity used during their stay, based on the actual bill. We believe this helps us maintain fair pricing for all our guests. Thank you for understanding.
⇨ Our maintenance team cleans and maintains the pool on weekdays, as regular upkeep is not available on weekends. Please note that the property’s proximity to the jungle may cause leaves to accumulate quickly. We make every effort to ensure the pool remains clean and enjoyable for our guests, but some natural debris may occur between maintenance visits.
