You get to enjoy a calm, authentic Mexican town vibe while having everything you need right around the corner.
The space
**Location & Walkability**
Leave the Car Behind -- You'll find local grocery stores, cozy cafes, fruit stands (fruterías), and authentic neighborhood restaurants all within a 500-meter walk from the front door.
Easy Access -- The beach is just a short drive, taxi, or bike ride away, making it easy for you to enjoy the ocean whenever you like. We'll provide you with quick-drying beach towels.
**Inside the House**
Restful Bedrooms -- With two comfortable bedrooms (one queen, two single bunk beds) equipped with high-quality mattresses, soft linens, air conditioning units, and blackout curtains, you are guaranteed to get a restful sleep.
Modern Living -- Inverter A/C units in every room, ceiling fans throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo featuring luxury-level water pressure.
Fully Equipped Kitchen -- Prefer to eat at home? You can cook any meal you want thanks to the induction stove/oven, airfryer/microwave combi, spacious fridge/freezer, and premium small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, toastie machine). You'll also have access to baking trays and other kitchen gadgets (see photos).
A dual washer/dryer unit is available.
**Outdoor Space**
Private Courtyard -- Enjoy your own private pool, an large BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining table set up for relaxing afternoons and eating meals outside with your friends and family.
The entire property is surrounded by a three-metre (10 ft) wall/fence.
Whether you are settling in to work remotely or looking for a peaceful base to explore the Riviera Maya, our home is fully prepared for a seamless stay.

Guests have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
Rubbish collection is three times a week. The truck passes mid-afternoon. You do not need to split your rubbish - just leave the full bags on the street outside the gate.
Our pool cleaner visits once per week. He does not require access to the inside of the house. He has his own key and will access via the rear gate.
For longer stays, please enquire about a regular cleaning service.
We have a exterior Ring camera system and a house smart alarm system. We are happy to give guests access to both for their security and peace of mind. You will need to provide your email address for us to register you on the respective apps.
