Utilities
Although uncommon, temporary interruptions to electricity, water, or internet service may occasionally occur due to municipal maintenance or infrastructure work.
Should this happen, our local team will respond promptly and do everything possible to resolve the situation. Please note that these interruptions are sometimes beyond our control.
Nearby Construction
The villa is located within a growing luxury community, and new homes may occasionally be under construction nearby.
Construction is permitted during the following hours:
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
While construction activity is generally limited, occasional daytime noise may occur.
Cell Phone Reception
Because the villa is surrounded by lush jungle, mobile reception may vary depending on your carrier.

For security purposes, exterior security cameras monitor the outside areas only. They do not record any indoor spaces. Recordings are securely stored and may be shared with Airbnb if required for security or incident resolution.
Respect for Our Community
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere enjoyed by everyone in the community, parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted after midnight.
While the vast majority of guests respect these rules, if you experience excessive noise from another property within the community, please contact us immediately and we'll work with community management to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
A $300 USD additional cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs anywhere inside the property.
