Magnificent residence located close to everything! Close to the Beach (<10 minutes by car) Close to World Famous 5th. Avenue. Casa AIMAR is located in Res. Los Olivos 3 (Av. 28 de Julio and Petempich) has 24/7 entry and exit surveillance. Very safe area with many places to eat and a Walmart and Chedraui nearby. Xcaret, Xel Ha, Xplor Parks and Beautiful Cenotes are close to Casa AIMAR. The whole house is air-conditioned, clean and very spacious, stay comfortably with your whole family.

Casa AIMAR is the ideal space for the privacy of your Family and Friends, it is a 2 floor full house, it is close to all of the world famous places on the "Riviera Maya", the X Caret parks, several Cenotes such as the "Cenote Cristalino", "Cenote Azul"... walk in the Famous 5. ĀŖ Avenida, stroll on the beautiful "Island of Cozumel", nearby Casa AIMAR are OXXO's, 7Eleven, Walmart and Grocery Store (Chedraui), about 300 yards close.

Other things to note
As always, be careful with the stairs in the house, with the doors to avoid crushing and with the glass door that overlooks the yard, especially if small children come with you.

Always keep an adult surveillance for the children when they go to the Pool.
