These two individual grade II listed barn conversions are located next to each other, making them the perfect place for two groups to come together but still have the privacy of there own separate kitchens, living/dining and sleeping arrangements.
The barns are set within the surrounding countryside in local area of The Forest of Dean.

The space
Both barns are situated next to each other but have their own separate entrances.
Each barn has 4 bedrooms sleeping 9 meaning that both barns combined can sleep up to 18 guests.
In both barns there are 3 doubles 1 of those has an ensuite, 1 triple bunk and 1 family bathroom with bath and shower.
Both down stair areas are open plan living/kitchen/dining and 1 down stairs loo and utility room.
Both outside areas have fenced a patio and garden which have their own private wood-fired hot tubs. (Wood is provided for the first use)
The property is situated on a Victorian farmstead and is surrounded by fields and farm land which guest have access to walk in as long as they keep dogs on leads.

Guest access
Guests have access to the two barns known as The Cart Arms and Plough Share. They have access to walk in the surrounding farmland as long as dogs are kept on leads. There is courtyard behind the property they also have direct access to.

Other things to note
Please note: dogs are allowed - a charge of £30 per pet per stay to help cover increased cleaning costs.

We provide 1 bin full of wood that will bring the hot tub up to 35-40 degrees. We recommend you bring matches and fire lighters and additional wood if you intend to use regularly.

Our farm is based on the edge of the stunning Forest of Dean, in Gloucestershire, UK. We have renovated 8 once derelict barns into unique and special holiday lets and have the capacity to sleep up to 75 guests onsite.
