▪️ Safety Features – 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras.
▪️ This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

Guest access
🏠 Guests have access to the whole house, decks, carport, and laundry area. Every once in a while, we may ask to leave the carport open to charge our Tesla for a night. But street parking is plentiful and safe. No restrictions.

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
▪️ Gardeners clean the yard every other Friday at 9 am
▪️ Please put Trash/Recycling out on the curb on Wednesday nights for Thursday morning pickup
▪️ Charming Historic Home – With its vintage character, the house includes stairs both inside and out, best suited for guests who are comfortable with them (please supervise children and always use provided handrails).
▪️ Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask us about it.
