Welcome to our luxurious bayside beach home in Ortley Beach, NJ! The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, and office with full size pullout sofa. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests making it ideal for families looking to unwind at the Shore. The home has an open concept kitchen, cozy living area, and fenced in yard with outdoor dining. Parking for up to 4 cars and beach passes. Just a short walk or drive to the beach, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm!

First Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, full bath, office with full size pullout sofa (sleeps 2), laundry room with washer and dryer

Note: there is one flight of stairs required to access the first main level which includes a full size pull out sofa and shared bath

Second Floor: 4 fully furnished bedrooms (king, queen, queen, 2 twin beds) and a full bath

Additional notes:
- Minimum age to book is 25. Third party bookings (booking on behalf of someone else) is also not permitted.

- Please note that one flight of stairs is required to access the main level. This level includes a shared bath and office/bedroom with full size pull-out couch.

- Please bring your own bed sheets, bath and beach towels.

- $75 fee for any lost beach badge

- Smart TV with YouTube TV

- Pets are not permitted
