Large (2,400m2) and private accommodation in Campestre El Barro just 25 minutes from Tec. Rustic style cabin facing the Sierra Madre, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Fully sanitized at the exit of each group. Full kitchen and Wifi for Home Office.

20 minutes from Pueblo Mágico Santiago and Parque Natural La Estanzuela.

Children count as a guest. NO visits. DO NOT smoke indoors. Last 8 minutes are dirt, no 4X4 needed.

The space
There is no other whole cabin style accomodation with pool that close to Monterrey.

Guest access
The whole place is for you:
- Cabin with kitchen, barbecue and basic utensils.
- You have to bring everything that is disposable (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.).
- Living room with TV and full bathroom
- Two palapas with barbecue, light, chairs, tables and hammocks
- Pool with light
- Kids playground and trampoline
- Open spaces and soccer goals

Total beds for 15 people approx. The cleaning of the place is the responsibility of the user (cans, cardboard, cigarette butts).

Other things to note
The land consists of two levels (cabin and pool) joined by stairs with 50 steps. There are personal belongings in the accommodation. On the way you have to cross a very small stream. The water is from a well and could smell a little of the mineral sulfur, but it is drinkable, as proven by clinical analysis.
