Smoking: Prohibited inside. Allowed only in outdoor areas; please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash.

Cleanliness: Do not throw trash in the patio.
- CHECK-OUT: Departure time is 11 a.m. If you require a late check-out, please check availability in advance. Departures after 3 p.m. on the scheduled day will incur a charge for an additional night.
- CHECK-IN: Check-in time starts at 3 p.m.
- TRASH: Please help us keep the house trash-free.
- ELECTRICITY: We ask for responsible use of electricity. Please turn off all air conditioning units, fans, and equipment when not in use or when leaving the house. For stays longer than 7 days, 15 kWh per day is included; any excess will be charged at 5 pesos per kWh.
- PROPERTY DAMAGE: The property must be left in the same condition as it was received. Any damage must be reported; the cost will be assessed and must be paid by the guest.
- DECORATION: Please do not move, remove, or change furniture, objects, or any other decoration in the rooms or the house.
- SMOKE-FREE SPACE: The use of cigarettes or any tobacco products inside the house is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty of $2,000 MXN.
- ILLICIT SUBSTANCES: The consumption of drugs and narcotics inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited. Any reported illegal activity will result in authorities being allowed access to the premises.
- QUIET HOURS: Please keep noise levels down, especially loud music, after 10 p.m. Please respect our neighbors, who are working professionals and families.
- VISITORS: Gatherings or parties inside the property are strictly prohibited. Access is only permitted for guests included in the reservation. Any unauthorized visitors will be considered a breach of rules and may result in a request to vacate the premises, unless prior authorization is requested.
- LOSS OR THEFT: The host is not responsible for any loss or theft inside the house. While the area is quiet and safe, please always ensure that gates, doors, and windows are properly locked.
- INVENTORY: The accommodation is fully equipped and inventoried for your enjoyment. We ask you to take care of these items. Any damage or loss can be replaced by the guest; otherwise, an additional cost based on the item's value will be charged.
