A large villa in the heart of the village of Lajares, a great base for discovering the island or surfing! The garden and swimming pool are always protected from the wind and great for adult relaxation and children's games. Great for families, groups of friends, remote working and sports camps.

Black Rocks Villa is a large house with swimming pool, ideal for sporty stays in a relaxing environment, suitable for up to 15 people.
The villa is composed of 5 bedrooms:
Kauai, a room for 2-3 people and private bathroom,
Maui, an ideal room for 3 people with private bathroom,
Molokai, a double with private bathroom,
Ohau and Big Island, two bedrooms (for 3 and 4 people) with shared bathroom.
The villa also has: a common area with sofas, TV (local TV and international satellite), DVD, a dining room, a large equipped kitchen, a large outdoor space for leisure, shaded outdoor dining area, swimming pool with salt water, a wooden terrace for relaxation, a surf and wetsuit washing area, outdoor bathrooms and shower, outdoor sink, grill. Private indoor parking accommodating up to 4 cars.
The villa is located in the center of the village of Lajares, on foot you can reach the bakeries, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and pubs. A strategic location to arrive in less than 15 minutes on any coast of the island and easily reach the best surf spots on the island.
Children are welcome and you will find ample spaces and play areas dedicated to them.

Our guests have access to all areas of the house except the garage and upper floor of the house.

The maximum capacity is 15 people but the number of adults is limited to 12. The upper floor is occupied by a couple, who do not interact with the holiday home and have external access.
Lajares is a rural village, in the middle of the countryside, many houses in the country can have dogs, cats, goats, donkeys. You might occasionally hear animal sounds.
Fuerteventura is a desert island and still very wild, this is its charm that strikes visitors, but you should know that it does not enjoy the comforts of large European cities, such as high-speed internet, sewage system, infinite electricity, plenty of water or continuous hot water. For these reasons, we ask you to understand any moments of difficulty that may arise, despite the fact that the house is equipped with its own water tanks, fiber internet connection and solar panels beyond the normal electricity grid.
