A large villa in the heart of the village of Lajares, a great base for discovering the island or surfing! The garden and swimming pool are always protected from the wind and great for adult relaxation and children's games. Great for families, groups of friends, remote working and sports camps.

Black Rocks Villa is a large house with a swimming pool, ideal for active stays in a relaxing environment, and suitable for up to 13 people.
The villa is composed of 5 bedrooms:
Kauai, a room for 2 people with a private bathroom,
Maui, an ideal room for 3 people with private bathroom,
Molokai, a double with private bathroom,
Ohau and Big Island, two bedrooms (each for 3 people) with shared bathroom.
The villa also has: a common area with sofas, TV (local TV and international satellite), DVD, a dining room, a large equipped kitchen, a large outdoor space for leisure, a shaded outdoor dining area, a swimming pool with salt water, a wooden terrace for relaxation, a covered area ideal for fitness and yoga, a ping-pong table, a surf and wetsuit washing area, outdoor bathrooms and shower, an outdoor sink, and a grill. Private indoor parking accommodating up to 4 cars.
The villa is located in the center of the village of Lajares; within walking distance, you can find bakeries, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, restaurants, and pubs. A strategic location to arrive in less than 15 minutes on any coast of the island and easily reach the best surf spots on the island.
Children are welcome, and you will find ample spaces and play areas dedicated to them.

We are Italians, with a past in the world of sports. Silvia as a designer, ski and snowboard teacher, organizer of sporting events and Stefano is also a ski teacher and organizer of international sporting events.
In 2013, we moved to the island, fell in love with the energy of the volcanoes and the ocean, and embarked on this new adventure.
