Pet Rules for Our Airbnb 🐾

• No pets in the bedroom – To keep the space clean for all guests.
• Keep pets off furniture – Please avoid letting pets on tables, chairs, kitchen counters, & beds.
• Always clean up after your pet – Dispose of pet waste properly to maintain a fresh and welcoming space. There are extra trash bags plus a trash collection area. Same floor beside unit 502Q.
• No excessive barking – Be mindful of noise levels to respect neighbors.
• Pets must be house-trained – Only well-trained pets are allowed to prevent accidents inside the unit.
• Use a leash in common areas – If taking your pet outside, please keep them on a leash for safety.
• Bring your own pet supplies – Guests must provide their pet’s bed, food bowls, and litter box if needed.
• Guests are responsible for any damages – Any pet-related damage will be charged accordingly.

PET VIOLATION & PENALTY CLAUSE

Our cleaner will inspect the unit after checkout for any pet-related violations, including but not limited to:

✔ Undeclared pets
✔ Excessive pet hair or odor
✔ Pet waste not properly disposed of
✔ Scratches, stains, or furniture damage

Any violations will be reported and fined accordingly:

₱1,000 penalty for undeclared pets
₱500 extra cleaning fee for excessive mess
Cost of damages will be charged to the guest
