The host, Rizyl, was very kind and responsive and graciously accomodated our request for an early check in. The place was clean with good access to nearby restaurants and commute. Even the building staff are very nice. Will definitely stay here again when we're in Dumaguete.

The host is super responsive and helpful with any questions or requests. The location is great with lots of restaurants, bars and clubs within walking distance. Pool was also a great plus to cool down on really hot days. Short drive from the airport. Overall, highly recommend the host and the location of the unit if you are looking something convenient during your stay in Dumaguete.

I stayed in Rachel's accommodations for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that they were considerate and waited to clean the room until I was present, and they always greeted me with a warm smile. City Mall is a short ride away, so I had everything I needed. The lodgings were comfortable and beautiful. Well worth the price. I will 100% stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We loved our stay at Ziva’s crib. We would have stayed longer if our travel plans permitted. Rosalie and Marcus have a beautifully landscaped space, surrounded by the picturesque mountains of Negros. The apartment had everything you need and was our most comfortable stay in the Philippines by far. Rosalie was also super responsive and helped us organise our scooters and transport to and from the property. Ziva’s crib is about a 10 minute drive from downtown Dauin, where there is an abundance of (very good) restaurants and bars to choose from. As long as you have your own wheels, the property is very accessible.

The place is nice and complete. It is a little funny that it is literally beside the road like when you step out of the room your first step is in the main road. (But it is not bothersome) There is a little noise from the motorcycles and cars outside but mostly tolerable. It is near 7/11 and slightly near the boulevard. I highly recommends this place because of its price and location. Very nice

I’ve stayed in several AirBnBs over the years, but Don’s place is by far one of the best. It’s clean, relaxing, and well-equipped. It has air-conditioning in all rooms. There’s also Netflix for entertainment, and the water pressure is strong. The entire place has a calming ambiance, the beds are very comfortable, and the pool gives it a resort-like feel. It’s a perfect spot for a staycation. Best of all, Don is friendly, accommodating and geneuinely welcoming.
