Vacation rentals with a pool in Davao City

Booked this place for our friends family of 11 who are coming from different part of the globe. The place is perfect for a big group accommodations especially for a family reunion. It is homey, clean and secure. Location is also a plus since it’s in a gated neighborhood. Most of all the host Florenda was very proactive and organized. The overall experience was such a breeze . Will surely recommend this place again.

Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. Mr. Celso's team was very responsive, easy to communicate and very nice people. We travel by car from afar and check in was late, but Sir Celso was waiting patiently and giving us help and instructions on how to reach the accomodation quicker. We were more than 10 plus kids and without asking Sir Celso gave us extra beds plus the very good drinking water supply is free. We, especially my parents enjoyed the balcony relaxing with birds singing in the background. We grilled and ate in the balcony which is a plus and the karaoke and a paid access to the nearest resort. We will definitely book again when we visit Samal and I highly recommend Sir Celso's place, it is more of what you pay for. 🤩

wow just wow. best Airbnb experience I've ever had. friendliest and warmest people that truly go out of their way to make sure you have everything you want and more than what you even ask for! from endless supply of coconuts, putting in a new bed, getting a TV, and even making a contraption from scratch for me to keep to get coconut water easily from the coconuts. they are always looking to improve. a visit to this Airbnb is an experience in itself. a big reason to visit samal island is just to stay here. solar powered, bathtub, amazing pool. just wow. I stayed for a couple of weeks and I didn't even some famous places of the island because it was just so cozy to stay at the Airbnb. looking forward to come back soon. Arno is so interesting and smart. Carmel is so caring and makes amazing food. I specifically eat a rare diet (raw vegan) and Carmel was able to great new dishes I've never even thought of. Erik and PG were also amazing guys that really looked after me as well. love you all

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Great stay! Very helpful host.

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

I had a wonderful stay at Filbert’s condo in Davao! The place was exactly as described—cozy, welcoming, and felt just like a home away from home. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the thoughtful decor and comfortable furnishings. Filbert was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and being readily available for any questions I had. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the little touches, like the comfortable bed and cozy blankets. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting place to stay in Davao.

We truly enjoyed our 4-day, 3-night stay at Isabella’s Condo. We were warmly welcomed with chocolates upon arrival. The appliances and kitchen equipment were complete and available for free use. Drinking water was also provided. The place is clean and well-maintained, with two balconies where you can comfortably relax and enjoy views of the sea or the playground. It’s also strategically located near key places, especially SM Davao. The owner is very accommodating and made our stay even more pleasant.

Highly recommend. 💯✨ All details were already available on the listing, and if I may add (just to set other's expectation): - 150php overnight parking fee on upper ground level - elevator parked/not working at 8am-9am (probably due to maintenance, but if you're fit and not in a hurry then stairs to&from 7th floor gives good exercise 😁) - be sure to bring change of clothes when going to the pool to dry yourself before going back to the bldg, also there's only open shower, the faucet in their common toilet & closed door shower aren't working, so expect to rinse off back at the unit. ☺️ Overall it was a brief but a comfortable staycation.✨ Hope this helps!
