Vacation rentals with a pool in Davao del Sur

This Little Gem with a few minor changes could be 10 out of 10. As soon as you step out of the Guarded Complex there are an arrays of Taxis to take you anywhere. Walk across the road to an Amazing Leisure centre with Gym , Spa , Swimming Pool and Coffee Shop .A easily 200 metres stroll to one of the Biggest SM Mall in Davao. We’re every kind of shops to your Heart desire .Food from every part of the world .KFC , Pizza Hut , Mac Donald ,Jolly Bee and a food court full of Amazing food for only 200 pesos $6.00 Australian. And best of all only $8.00 Australian by taxi to Davao international Airport . I Loved it will be back very soon

It is a dainty unit near the CBD. Its close proximity to places we needed to visit made the stay worthwhile, and it has a pool! Good way to relax from the heat and humidity. Cindy was very responsive to my queries and was able to quickly help us when my sister accidentaly lock herself out of the bedroom. The only thing that needs to be improved was the check-in process instruction. It would have been better if it was given at least 24hrs prior to the check-in day. Anyhow, the overall stay was good!

My family enjoyed their stay at Amihan’s place. It was clean and cosy and there were many amenities. The checking in and out process was easy to follow and the security guards were proactive in maintaining order and security in the estate. It’s close to the main road so you can get a taxi quite fast. Amihan was also accommodating when we requested for a late check out. Two things to note would be 1. that the washing machine is in the toilet, so it might be a little cramped moving around. 2. some of the power points are in hard to reach areas, so maybe having an extension cord could be useful. All in all, great value and hospitality! Highly recommended!

The space is cozy and comfortable. It is a small apartment, which is what I was looking for, it was perfect for my wife and me. The best thing about this place is Gill, she is an amazing host! I have never had a host be as responsive, attentive, and friendly and Gill.

Was a wonderful stay in Davao City. host is very responsive to us, room is very nice and cozy, nice view from the balcony and amazing location in the heart of the city. I highly recommend staying here if have any plans in Davao City.

The place is good and clean. Also, Hiroshi communicates well with us. Don’t have a problem checking in.

Loved the place. The security guards are very helpful . This is near the airport so expect airplanes coming and going (might not work for light sleepers). Although the entire place has 2 bedrooms, we were only given access to the Master's since there was only 2 of us. Second bedroom is only available if there are 3-4 guests. Kitchen utensils are available too so just bring groceries. Owner is friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Bring extra hangers if you have clothes needing hanging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there :)

It truly is Insta-worthy! I missed my flight, and Gino kindly allowed me an early check-in. The location is also conveniently near the airport. I work from anywhere, and I especially appreciated the fast internet speed. Thank you, Gino! I will definitely book again when I’m in the city.

The place has everything you need. At an economically rate, you actually get more than what you pay for like, complete kitchenwares, fridge, hot & cold shower, comfy big bed, cold airconditioner, and fast internet speed. Also, the room location is near from the elevator, which is really convenient if you have bulk of luggage you carry with you during your travel. However, if you are a bit picky or into an aesthetic/hotel-ish interior design of a room then this place is not for you. Rest assured, the entire place itself feels like home and it has a great view from the balcony since it's situated at the top of the bldg - best for early morning hot coffee. The host, Renalie, was accommodating enough to respond to our inquiries as well. Overall, we had a great experience during the entire period of our stay in this unit.
