House has a Tesla Brand J1772 Level 2 charger set to 32 Amps. The J1772 is the generic EV plug that will work with all EV cars, Tesla cars will need to use a J1772 to Tesla adapter.

The property does utilize Ring security cameras that record video and sound when they detect motion. There are 2 floodlight cameras on the house, one covering the driveway and the other covering the on street parking in front of the house. There is also a Ring doorbell camera on the driveway door, you can use this to communicate with us.
