House vacation rentals in Coos County

The family lived the place! It was super big with huge kitchen. Dining nook, large living room, combo washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub in both bathrooms down stairs and up stairs. Great windows and view. Do note outside lights do not turn off until after 2am, if lights will bother you. About 10mins to Attitash, 20 minutes to Wild Cat. Great place in between. The indoor pool water was a bit cold and a little out dated, same with hot tub, the outdoor hot tub jets were not working. Year round out door pool was ok, water was a tad too cold. I cannot say anything about seasonal pools as they were closed.

Top Notch was the highlight of our trip! The ladies at the front desk upgraded us to the cottage house for free just because it was available. They were amazing and what a cool spot! I will always stay at Top Notch if I am in Gorham.

This rental was so peaceful and relaxing. I stayed with my boyfriend, my friend, and her son. We had a very comfortable sleep and made a great breakfast the next morning. We were delighted to find all we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the games provided by the host. I cannot explain how peaceful and quiet our morning was! It was super clean and organized and the instructions were very clear. Brad the host, was so responsive and reliable. We typically do not pay that much for a night stay though booking last minute, it was all that was left and we are not complaining! Summer would be the best time to visit with all of the provided activities.

Tim’s house is absolutely wonderful! The layout of the house is perfect especially with multiple families traveling together. The house is big, clean, has all the essentials and Tim has small little thoughtful extras around the house (like charging station on every nightstand and even a stepping stool for the kids to use in the bathroom!). Tim was so incredibly responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be coming back and cannot wait!

This is such a lovely place! Close to lots of ski areas, just down the road from a great hiking trail, filled with nice amenities (hot tub, table tennis, well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture), and lots of room to spread out. Only downside I can think of is the road noise from the nearby highway, but the white-noise machines do a good job of removing any bother from that. If you need a convenient and comfy home base for an active getaway, this place is hard to beat!

The house was perfect for a ski weekend with Attitash being 3 minutes down the road.

My family and I had a great time at Daniella's condo! It was a cozy spot to unwind after a day on the mountain snowboarding and tubing. It was close to some great restaurants and close to a bunch of different mountains. The condo was as described and was great for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunkbeds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks Daniella!

Amazing host, highly recommend!

This place exceeded my expectations! We are definitely planning on booking again. We were able to check in early and both host were very responsive. Views are amazing and we definitely enjoyed a warm fire after a long day of skiing. Thanks again!

Tim’s place was just what my fiancé and I needed. We brought our two dogs as well and Tim was very welcoming to that! We loved the HotTub and the nice cozy atmosphere. We would love to come back. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place with us.

This place is right on the snowmobile trails. Clean and worth the price paid. Hosts are attentive and answers questions in a timely manner. I would stay again.

Jess was a wonderful host, friendly, accommodating and very responsive. The home was warm, cozy and well-stocked. They had an abundance of plates, utensils, cookware and everything else you’ll to prepare meals for our big group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All the appliances and electronics worked fine. It also snowed for one whole day and about 1 foot of snow accumulated. We were pleasantly surprised when the host sent someone to plow the driveway 🙂 It was a fun weekend and we loved our stay at Jess’ home. We hope to be back again!

A very comfortable space in a great location to access the White Mountains. We (and our dogs) had a fantastic time. Kevin made the whole process easy. We'd be happy to stay again any time.

Kevin and his wife’s home was beautifully maintained- the home has a lot of character and was very relaxing and the view of Mt Washington snow covered was beautiful. I generally appreciated that the hosts used detergents that were free from dues and harsh chemicals and fabric softener - that was a plus for me! Well appointed kitchen for cooking and entertaining - albeit it was just me it was a warm and friendly environment that I hope to share with my family in the future to create memories. Less than a half hour from WildCat and 45 mins from Attitash was easy drive for skiing. Would love to stay in the future

Megan’s home is very welcoming. Convenient to SxS trails. Plenty of room for 8 people to stay. Megan is very quick to respond with any questions asked and very kind. Will be booking again for next year.

The place was perfect for a overnight stay for our group of 5. The host was very helpful and responsive to our requests. We had a good time

We loved our stay!! The view out back was beautiful and we saw a moose one morning. Great quiet neighborhood and location. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils.

We had an amazing stay! Justine reached out to us ahead of time to offer an earlier check in because of the snowstorm, which made travel much smoother. She was communicative and friendly and the cabin was exactly as described! The surroundings are peaceful and the kids had a wonderful time in the snow. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Great location! Great size for 6 adults with plenty of space. Pellet stove was great for cozy evenings after a day on the slopes.

Beautiful house with lots to do in the area. The house is spacious and has plenty of amenities. Perfect for a weekend getaway

Responsive, friendly host. The fenced back yard is great if you have kids or a pet. We certainly felt comfortable as if we had be lived there for a while. There our young child was in to the toys within minutes of arriving, ending with some excitement to a long drive he endured. Only criticism was being on a fast section of Rte 16 - gets your nerves going a bit when you have small children and a dog, given the short driveway so just be aware if you hope to let your children ride bikes in the driveway.

As always we enjoyed our stay immensely. It’s so cozy with an at home feeling. Brian is a wonderful host that is super responsive and very helpful! Will be returning next year!
