This is a privately-owned duplex. 900 sq ft Unit B is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home with ample space for small parties and families.

- Master Bedroom: King hybrid mattress, en suite bathroom, 42" TV with FREE YouTube TV
- 2nd bedroom: Queen hybrid mattress, spacious room to maneuver

OUTDOOR SPACE: Entertainment central
- This home can accommodate multiple vehicles plus boat/golf cart space.
- Entertain friends & family on the covered patio area includes a LARGE dining table seating 6 comfortably. Charcoal grill provided; bring your charcoal!
- Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise from the front deck with seating for two.
- The semi-private 10x20 pool is surrounded by a very large fenced yard with turf and spacious deck with lounge furniture and bistro seating. Shared with one other unit, there's ample space for everyone. Each side has private seating and parking plus the shared space that includes the pool and privacy-fenced yard.

Guest access
Guests may access all areas EXCEPT the queen bedroom closet which is the owner's storage closet. Guests must use the designated large parking area for the unit, which can accommodate multiple vehicles, boats and carts. No parking on street.

A nominal pet fee of $30 applies fro the 1st pet to assist with the costs associated with thorough cleaning after your pet's stay.

Ideally located in a peaceful but convenient area of Old Town, on a no-outlet street, this home is settled near the ferry and the convenience to the community pool, dog park, skate park, and pickle ball courts. Little through traffic and quiet surroundings unlike the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, you can still quickly access all island fun within a few minutes via golf cart or vehicle.
