- Includes comfortable sectional sofa with ottomans, chair with ottoman, 2 loungers, and 2 dining tables seating 6 comfortably on each side.

Guests may access all areas of the property except the queen bedroom closet in each unit, which is allocated as the owner's closet.

Other things to note
We gladly welcome furry companions into our spaces! A nominal pet fee of $60 applies fro the 1st pet to assist with the costs associated with thorough cleaning after your pet's stay. Add'l fees may apply for additional pets.
Kindly note that all pets must be crated when unsupervised indoors, ensuring their safety and the preservation of our space. We do have a fenced backyard/pool AND pets must be supervised when outdoors.

Neighborhood highlights

Ideally located in a peaceful but convenient area of Old Town, on a no-outlet street, this home is settled near the ferry and the convenience to the community pool, dog park, skate park, and pickle ball courts. Little through traffic and quiet surroundings unlike the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, you can still quickly access all island fun within a few minutes via golf cart or vehicle.
