The space
Only 5 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride to Siesta Key Beach- voted number one beach in the world! Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and dining.

Pulling into the driveway at this 2 bedroom 1 bath beach style home right off of Beneva Rd, you will feel like you’ve arrived at a little oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Sarasota. Easy accessibility, wide two car drive way, and a carport area welcomes you to the inviting entry way. Plenty of natural light and cool wood-look floors throughout. Artful custom decor throughout, much either crafted personally or locally.
Enjoy making meals and french press coffee in the full kitchen. Chic high top island bar is perfect breakfast spot before you hit the beach.

Did you bring your furry friend? The backyard is fully fenced. Entire house is tile. Experienced dog sitting/walking service available upon request.

If you enjoy birdwatching there are pairs of Sandhill Cranes, ospreys, hawks, eagles, egrets, herons and much more. An Audubon birdwatching group meets often at the Red Bug Slough park down the street within walking distance, worth looking into. Also a great way to explore Florida’s natural bounty- you can run, walk, and bike through the beautiful lush ecosystem, and bring your dog too!

Neighborhood highlights

I love this location because you can relax and get away from the hectic tourist spots and still have plenty to enjoy nearby. There’s a hole-in-the-wall Peruvian restaurant (Maemi Peruvian Grill) within walking distance that offers mouthwatering ceviche, washed down with a chilled sangria is perfect after a long day on the beach. The best craft beer is right down the street as well, hop on the bikes and pick up the latest and greatest at Calusa Brewing, you will not be disappointed- get the saison or sour- my favorite! But wait- did you get your second wind and decide you want to catch sunset too? Siesta Key white sand is only 5 minutes drive away!
Gulf Gate Village also is a few minutes away by car. A small neighborhood village offering local restaurants, cafes, bars, salons, apothecary, and shopping. Check out Crop, they have bright, fresh pressed juices; Kiyoshi Sushi- most authentic Japanese, freshest fish in Sarasota; Shnitzel Kitchen- come for the vivacious German hospitality, leave absolutely stuffed.
