Our cosy terraced cottage is nestled in amongst National Trust farmland, down a small farm track. It is one of six cottages that have been converted from a stone barn. There are beautiful views of the surrounding countryside including Dorset's famous Golden Cap, with walking right from the front door. The large shared garden, makes it an ideal getaway for families or couples and each cottage has it's own parking space.
Seatown beach is a very short walk away, as are the local pubs.

The space
Beech Cottage is a lovely stone barn conversion, full of character and individual touches, laid out over three levels (accessed via stairs). It has ample space for 4 guests, however a fifth guest can be accommodated on a futon in the master bedroom if needed.

The heart of the accommodation is a surprisingly spacious open lounge/ kitchen area. Recently redecorated, this cosy space includes two comfy sofas and a dining area. There is a smart TV, perfect for relaxing at the end of a long walk. French doors lead to a private patio area with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The open kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, including an induction hob, Neff oven and fridge (please note, there is no freezer compartment).

Enjoy views across the countryside from the spacious master bedroom which has a king size bed. This room also has the single futon, which can be made up if required. The room is light and airy and has plenty of storage. The second bedroom has two single beds and a large modern wardrobe. The main bathroom includes a bath and electric power shower. Conveniently, there is also an additional toilet/utility room next to the second bedroom.

There is a large communal garden which extends around the side of the property, ideal for outside games and running around. It's the perfect place to relax, listen to the birds singing and watch the sun setting at the end of the day. There is a parasol under one of the single beds should you need it - please put down after use.

Other things to note
You are welcome to bring up to two well behaved dogs, but please don't leave them unattended in the cottage. They should be kept on a lead in the communal area of the garden.
