The space
Welcome to Beach Chateaux, and switch into vacation mode as you step onto the wood like tile flooring of this brand new, charming beach-themed property. This one-of-a-kind upscale property features large gourmet kitchen with gas range/oven, fireplace, modern amenities, coastal accents and lots of windows for plenty of natural light throughout. Lots of special touches abound like stacked stone accent walls, wet bar with beverage center, recessed lighting throughout and under cabinet lighting in kitchen and bar.
Start your day by sipping a warm cup of coffee on your balcony while watching dolphins swim by in the Gulf of Mexico. When you get hungry, walk inside to prepare a hearty breakfast in the modern, fully equipped gourmet stainless steel kitchen, including gas stove, beverage center and large island/dining/breakfast bar.
After breakfast, go downstairs and enjoy a day at the pool or beach. Or, if you prefer, jump on the beach trolley with a stop near the property and explore all that Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach have to offer.
When you’ve had your fill of fun and sun for the day, clean up in one of the 3 bathrooms with spa-like showers. Afterward, sit back, relax, have a cocktail and enjoy one of our spectacular sunsets. Don’t feel like cooking ... enjoy a nice dinner at Salt Rock Grill, play a round of miniature golf at Smuggler’s Cove or head to Caddy’s Pub for some drinks, seafood and live music.
As you wind down for the night, turn on your favorite show or enjoy a movie on one of the 5 wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV’s with YouTube TV subscription. Or, if you prefer, let Alexa play music before slipping into a deep sleep on the well-appointed king size bed to get ready for another day in paradise.

What We Provide:
The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. Sorry, no beach chairs or any other beach “extras” are provided with this rental. However, cabanas are available for rent through Beach Service West, Inc. Additionally, for your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and it is likely you may have to purchase some additional supplies during your stay.
Cleaning:
A departure housekeeping fee was included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure.
Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs:
No early check-ins and late check-outs are available at this property. Should the unit be ready prior to our standard 4 PM check-in time, we will notify you. This is a large property, and we require all time between check-out at 10 AM & check-in at 4 PM to prepare the unit for the next guest. You will need to add additional days/nights to your reservation if you require an early check-in or late check-out.
Air Conditioning in Florida Summers
In Florida’s summer heat and humidity, AC systems typically cool the indoor space about 15–20°F below the outdoor temperature. On extremely hot days, indoor temperatures may remain in the mid-70s during the day and cool to the low 70s at night.Keeping doors closed—especially the balcony and/patio doors—helps maintain cooler temperatures. The thermostat is set with a minimum of 70°F to prevent the system from freezing and becoming inoperable in extreme heat. This is normal performance for central air systems in our climate and is not a sign of malfunction.
