Room in a townhouse

Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Large bedroom with Kingbed. Large closet and dresser. Smart TV in the room and wifi through out house. Bedroom is located on the second floor to the left (street side of the house). Bathroom is located just a few steps away from the room.

Walk to the metro, grocery, dining, and OLD TOWN! A stellar location whether you commute to the city or wonder to King Street!

The space
Guests may hang out on the 1st or 2nd floors of the home. Light kitchen use is acceptable, but please clean up after yourself. There is also a back patio/yard (rare in Old Town!) that you are welcome to enjoy!

Guest access
Paved parking spot behind townhouse is available for $10/day but this needs to be coordinated in advance. Otherwise, house is 4 blocks to Braddock Rd metro station and there is street parking in the front of house. Access to the home is via keypad lock on the front door.

During your stay
I live here and love to meet my guests but otherwise I let you set the tone for the amount of interaction. I sometimes work from home but also go out of town frequently. Walking around Old town is one of my favorite things to do!

Neighborhood highlights

I walk all over Old town. This is a great place to live, visit, and explore. I frequently walk to the metro, King St, Harris Teeter (grocery), trader joe's, the, etc.

I am one metro stop to the DCA airport, or a short uber ride.
