Monthly Rentals in Alexandria

As everyone else mentioned, the place looked the way it was advertised and pictured. It was very quiet all around and I felt very safe. Contrary to what other reviews say, there is actually bus just a 1-2 min walk from the house. It's an express route so it only works certain hours but I took it often. It snowed the first week I arrived but Luis was quick to shovel and the path was clear for me to walk on. The neighbors were nice too, they helped me take off the ice in my car. I also loved the location. I found that I was mostly 10 minutes away from places I wanted to go - to a church, mall, grocery, etc. There was also your own dryer washer which was a great help! It was a good stay!

Spent a week. Very pleasant. Exactly as described. On-street parking was always available. Comfortable bed. Small kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. Wi-Fi was good. We had a good time and would consider staying here again.

Hard to beat! Easy bike commute to King Street/Old Town Metro, Whole Foods, all of Old Town Alexandria. Very easy access to the interstate. Room was comfortable, bathroom was as advertised with great hot water and water pressure. Really nice to have a washer and dryer in the suite.

Agnes is a fabulous host! I very much enjoyed my stay. I really loved the choice in decor throughout the home and how clean it was. Everything has a place, and there's no clutter which I very much appreciated. I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood along with the food options available in minutes. Parking was no problem. The only danger is the bed which is really hard to get out of as it's so comfy. Beware! An added plus is her adorable pug who totally made my trip worth it...the sweetest :) Would totally recommend!
